La Vista Condominiums is located on Clubhouse Drive in the beautiful
city of Laguna Niguel. Built in 1989, on a hillside setting of
approximately 19 acres by William Lyon Homes, the Mediterranean
resort style community consists of 280 units surrounded by lush
landscaping most with picturesque eastern views toward the
Saddleback Mountains, El Niguel Country Club, and is less than two
miles west of the Pacific Ocean. The amenities include a clubhouse,
one swimming pool and two spas with a BBQ area and exercise
facility. Adding to the peacefulness of this community is a twenty–four hour courtesy patrol.
The La Vista Association Board of Directors consists of three
volunteer homeowners who enjoy giving their time to their community.
In addition to the Board of Directors, there are four Committees
also led by active volunteers, to assist in maintaining the quality
of the landscaping, maintenance, homeowner architectural
